Mark

Owner-Management Director

Mark Allen is the Owner and Director of ARCG Inc. (arcgrehab.com), a rehabilitation management company providing comprehensive services in occupational therapy, medical assessments, and social work. He graduated from the University of Toronto with a Bachelor of Physical and Health Education and began his career in the auto insurance accident benefits sector before transitioning into rehabilitation leadership. Mark has held management roles in case management, rehabilitation management and successfully operated multiple physiotherapy clinics, building strong insight into the interaction between the auto insurance industry and the rehabilitation field. His industry expertise is further highlighted by his involvement of the HCAI pilot project. Today, Mark leads ARCG Inc. with a continued commitment to innovation, quality of care, and collaborative rehabilitation solutions.

Management

Alex

Alex, oversees the coordination of treatment services and medical assessments in the area of accident benefits and TORT claims. Alex specializes in coordination of Occupational Therapy assessment and treatment.

 

 

Carly

Carly oversees the coordination of treatment services and medical assessments in the area of accident benefits and TORT claims. Carly specializes in coordination of Catastrophic Impairment, Psychological, Psychiatric and Social Work assessment and treatment.

Julie

Julie has been with ARCG for 20 years and has been assisting with the coordination of treatment services and medical assessments in the area of accident benefits and TORT claims. Julie holds a large role in the billing and accounting services through ARCG and is here to assist with the coordination of expert medical assessments (orthopaedic, neurological, physiatry, chronic pain, psychiatric, ENT etc.).

Administration

Ainsley

Ainsley has been a part of ARCG for 10 years and has been assisting with the coordination of treatment services and medical assessments in the area of accident benefits and TORT claims. Ainsley is here to assist you with the coordination of Occupational Therapy, Social Work, and Attendant Care services. Ainsley is also here to assist with the obtainment of assistive devices and medical records.

Hannah Levy

Hannah has been with ARCG for 5 years and has been assisting with the coordination of treatment services and medical assessments in the area of accident benefits and TORT claims. Hannah is here to assist you with the coordination of Catastrophic Impairment, Psychological, Psychiatric, and Integrated Psychiatry (Social Work and Psychiatric) assessments. Within ARCG, Hannah also manages accounts receivable and supports with obtainment of extended health care benefits and is often the first point of contact through our main business line.
